Why do you need to service your spa?

Regular up keep and preventative maintenance of your spa will reduce the chances of faults occurring as well as increasing the chances of finding a fault early on, meaning lower repair costs if a fault should occur.

 

In addition to the above making sure your tub is regularly maintained will also give you the best experience possible from every use.  

 

Here at Forest spas we offer servicing on all makes and models of spas to help keep your tub to performing as well as the first day you had it. We recommend that you have your spa serviced at least once a year. We recommend this to keep your spa/ hot tub in optimal running condition in addition to keeping it as hygienic as possible for all users of the spa.

At Forest Spas we are proud to offer fully comprehensive servicing to all makes and models of spa's at the highest possible standard. We utilise our trained team of employed engineers across the UK for both routine servicing, fault finding, warranty repairs and refurbishment of spas.

Gold Service Costs £249 INC VAT (Excluding Replacement Filters)

  • Asses hot tub for faults or error codes

  • Add a bio-film remover for your internal plumbing.

  • Remove and chemically clean your filter.

  • Add a shock dose

  • Check the cabinet and shell for leaks, damage and condition.

  • Check the condition of your cover and clips.

  • Drain down your tub.

  • Clean the acrylic surface.

  • Remove any marks and stains where possible.

  • Remove and clean the jets as much as possible.

  • Ensure jets operate correctly.

  • Rinse out your tub.

  • Wet vac out any remaining debris and water.

  • Towel dry the surface.

  • Remove scale and debris from pumps.

  • Check heater element and seals.

  • Check pump union seals.

  • Re-fill your tub.

  • Bleed all pumps of air.

  • Re-commission and check for leaks and correct operation.

  • Balance the water using the customer’s choice chemicals.

  • Check all systems ensuring they work correctly.

  • Clean and treat the cover with vinyl protector.

  • Check ampere pull of components.

  • Reset filter cycles and time on control panel.

  • Report any problems or advisories to the customer.

  • Asses hot tub for faults or error codes

  • Remove your filter and place in our cleaning solution.

  • Add a bio-film remover and shock treatment for your internal plumbing..

  • Drain down your Hot tub and clean the acrylic shell.

  • Rinse out the tub.

  • Wet vac out any remaining debris and water.

  • Re fill your tub.

  • Re commission and check operation.

  • Balance the water using the customers chemicals.

Forest Winterize £150 INC VAT ​

  • Asses hot tub for faults or error codes

  • Drain down your hot tub and clean the acrylic shell.

  • Rinse out the tub.

  • Wet vac out any remaining debris and water.

  • Crack all collars on pumps and heater and vac to remove any water.
