Please see below a breakdown of our terms to get our inclusive delivery and installation on online orders. ​

Distance

 

- If your chosen delivery location is within 50 miles of our showroom you qualify for free delivery and installation.

​

- If your chosen delivery location is between 50  and 100 miles of our showroom there will be an additional £295 payable.

​

- If your chosen delivery location is more than 100 miles of our showroom please contact our team for a quote before placing your order. 

​

Access

 

To qualify for free delivery and installation access to your desired location will need to be achievable by our 2 man installation team without the need for a crane. Please contact the team before ordering if you are unsure. 

​

Crane installations can be arranged with a local contractor and are to be paid directly by the customer to the crane operator. We do not have our own fleet of cranes nor do we make any commission or profit on the fee the crane operator will charge. 

​

We will require at least 5cm wider than the height of the spa being delivered all the way until where the spa will be situated with no sharp corners or bends along the way. Therefore if the spa you are ordering is 90cm tall we will need 95cm of access. 

​

Please also note that we also cannot physically lift any hot tub by hand, it can be pushed up small steps but please supply us with images/ video to confirm. 

 

The spa will be brought in on a hot tub sled and will be dragged/ pushed into position. As such if there are any steep slopes/ hills it will be unlikely that our 2 man team can do this on there own. Please supply us with images/ video to confirm.

The route in for the spa should be cleared before our arrival unless otherwise agreed, we cannot be held responsible for removal or refitting of fence panels, gravel boards, garden furniture or any other obstructions. Failure to have a path effectively cleared may also result in unintentional damage of your spa which we cannot be held responsible for. 

 

Electrical supply

 

If you are unsure of the required electrical supply you need for your tub please contact our team. All inclusive installations assume that a safe, tested and adequate electrical supply is in place ready for our team on arrival. If you are local to our showroom and would like us to put you in touch with a reputable electrical contractor please let us know.

If a suitable RCD protected socket is not in place for 13 amp tubs or a suitable rotary isolator is not fitted with ample cable on our teams arrival we will not be able to complete installation on the day and this will result in a second call out charge at a fee no less than £250.

A suitable base

 

Due to the extreme weight hot tubs carry you will need a suitable base. Hot tubs cannot be placed on soft ground IE turf, sand, soil. For confirmation on this if you are unsure please contact the team. If you are local to our showroom and would like us to put you in touch with a reputable building contractor please let us know.
